ExpressHookah Refund Policy

At ExpressHookah, we strive to ensure our customers are fully satisfied with our shisha hire services. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied or need to request a refund, please review the following policy.

1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are available under the following circumstances:

Cancellations:

Up to 48 hours prior to the event: You are eligible for a full refund.

Within 48 hours of the event: A 50% refund will be provided due to the late cancellation.

Same-day cancellations: Unfortunately, no refund will be provided for same-day cancellations.

Equipment Issues:

If any of the shisha equipment provided is defective or non-functional upon delivery, we will either replace the item immediately or offer a full or partial refund, depending on the issue and the severity of the disruption.

Service Dissatisfaction:

If you are dissatisfied with the quality of the service provided, please contact us within 24 hours of the event. We will investigate the matter, and if it is found that the service was below our expected standards, a partial or full refund may be granted at our discretion.

Refund Requests: Include your order details (order number, date of the event, and the issue) and supporting documentation, such as photos or a description of the problem.


Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of the approval, using the original method of payment.

3. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:

Damage or misuse of the shisha equipment caused by the customer or event attendees.

Late returns of the hired equipment beyond the agreed return time without prior notification.

Failure to follow health and safety guidelines provided during the setup process.


4. Changes to Your Booking

If you need to make adjustments to your booking (e.g., changing the date, number of shishas, or location), please inform us at least 48 hours in advance. Any additional charges or refunds due to changes will be handled accordingly.
